Firmware that support with my GSM Gateway

My name is Dona H S.

I have gsm gateway 20 port with detail like this :
Model Name: VS-GGU-E2M0400
Modem Description: 850/900/1800/1900MHz@GSM
Software Version: 2.3.8
Hardware Version: Date 2012-11-09 FPGA 11 Hardware 00

Which firmware that support with my device.

the reason i want to update because i face issue :
1. When the remain time reach the limit, the call not going to next trunk, but got respon "all our circuit are busy now"
2. I need to restart the gateway, at least twice a day, got respon "all our circuit are busy now" even there is still port idle and still have remain time.
