Hybrid VOIP

I have a VS-GWM400W and it is working right now with our SIM Card,

What I want to do now is make it a HYBRID.

With our landline/regular trunks.

What are the things that I need and what are the configurations to make.

Im a newbie when it comes to VOIP.
