GSM card SIM slot not working

Hi,

I am using Openvox GSM gateway. Now 2 SMI slots of the one GSM card are not working. The S/N of the card is GM12HK14EUTJ. I already tried to change the SIM and card slots, but it couldn't help us. Please help us to sort out this issue.
