Openvox GSM VS-GW1202 Issues With Calls, No Sound, Tousand Erros

Hello Openvox Support team.

I have some much issues with a Openvox GW1202, the calls, no work correcty, I try to reflash without sucess, the Openvox Asterisk error logs is:

Hi...I couldn't understand, but the problem is NAT. You must perform two settings.
VOIP->Advanced SIP->Local Network List (Fill yours local network and if you have cluster fill addresses you device) see example in attachment
and you must fill yours "External Address" and "External Hostname" Go to yours NAT settings and redirect ports 10000-20000 to yours device.
