Once again - GSM Status INIT

OK. The last questions.
We bought the gateway about 3 years ago, so the warranty period is expired. What we can do in this situation ?

It work pretty well for some time. At some point it were taken off the shelf because there was no need. And after 1 year of inactivity back in business again but without success. What could it be ? Backplane or GWM400G card ?

Sorry for the trouble. The problem is GSM card not chassis.

For hardware problem, it can't be fixed by remote access. The only solution is to send back to us to fix.
