WGW1002G REJECTING CALLS

Good afternoon,
I am having this same problem, when the call enters through gsm-1.1 the system rejects and the call goes to mailbox.
See the WGW1002G log
can you help me?

Sorry for the trouble. Do you enable Asterisk API? If not,please enable it in "ADVANCED ---> Asterisk API ---> General" .If yes,can you give me remote access for a check? Teamviewer11 is ok.
