Call Waiting WGW1002G

WGW1002 registered as SIP Endpoint client to FreePBX.

First call: X-Lite (102 extension) outgoing call through gsm-1.1 port.
Second call: Incoming call through gsm-1.1 (same) port to 102 extension (same).

I hear the call waiting tone and simultaneously approx. 3 seconds of the first call is muted.

What could be the problem?

can you tell us which firmware version do you use ? did you mean something wrong with the call waiting function ? Please disable the call waiting function to have a try ?

Software Version: 2.3.1

If the call waiting feature is turned off, incoming calls go to voicemail mobile provider.

Yes, I want to use call waiting. Currently working call waiting function. The problem is that the ongoing/outgoing call mute an incoming new call.
