WGW1002G - Unknown error 500

Hi!

I have a WGW1002G device. The device Asterisk log constantly I get the following error message:

[Apr 28 08:14:26] ERROR[1769] chan_extra.c: Write to 20 failed: Unknown error 500
[Apr 28 08:14:26] ERROR[1769] chan_extra.c: Read on 20 failed: Unknown error 500

I do not know what could be the problem.
