Dial pattern did not work on first GSM module GW16

2 modules united in one GSM group:

with Call Routing Rule

But this rule works only on second GSM module, pattern does not prepend #31# to any calls passing through first GSM module:

im reboot device, reboot asterisk, update firmware to 2.1.3

question rented. That is web UI mistake.
All calls that passing through first GSM module in web UI displayed without prefix (attachment "web_i.PNG")

but in CDR log they contains prefix (attachment "cdr_i.PNG")

Which brower do you use? google? Could you try other browers? If it happens bo matter what brower you use, could you give me remote access for checking? Because we didn't run into this problem before. So I want to know if it's a bug.
