ringing tone is heard within a call

Best Regards, Openvox friends, write with concern this post, for about 8 days ago has been presented an anomaly which I am not sure if failing to come before the firmware upgrade of the GSM modules. the problem is that in a call, a second ring tone, a second call GSM listening, I wanted to ask them if there is any feedback about this problem. if they have any experience of this failure and its solution they would be very grateful.

for now I will proceed to restore factory all 60 modules (3 Openvox GW1600) and discard some configuration problem.

Sorry for the inconvenience, two questions:
1. please tell me the version of your gateway's firmware
2. you mean one call is processing on gsm module, then a second call is coming to this gsm module,
you can hear a ring tone in your prev call?

2.1.1 is the software version and modules sim is :224B02SIM840W16

yes, right, if you download the audio file atach you can ear the second ring tone.
