Always alarm RED on E1 port

Hi all!
I have an D130E and Elastix 2.5.0 stable, card connects to PBX over E1. But E1 is alwas in RED Alarm.
Also I connect a loopback terminator to D130E and red alarm does not disappear. Can anybody help me?

1. access the ssh, type command asterisk -vvvvr to enter the CLI. check what message appear .

2. you can remove the crc4 at /etc/dahdi/system.conf and check again if it work.
