An ISDN telephone and B400P ISDN card

16 years 2 months ago #720 by JooZoo
I have connected an ISDN phone to B400P card. Incoming calls to ISDN phone works great but outgoing calls don't work. So at least something is going right...

When I pick the phone up to call with it, the message on the phone display says: "call release, check your number".

Do you have any hint to solve this problem?

Trixbox: v2.2.3
Bristuff: bristuff-0.3.0-PRE-1y-g

My ISDN phone settings on zapata.conf:

; S/T port 4 (NT)
switchtype = euroisdn
signalling = bri_net_ptmp
echocancel = yes
immediate = no
context = from-phones
group = 2
channel => 10-11

Thank you for your prompt message.

As you suggested, I checked the extensions.conf file. Now internal calls works fine, but external calls does not work.

I'm little bit confused about the from-phones context. What should I put there? I would like to just call and receive calls with an ISDN phone.

hello, Sir:
you should add something like this:
exten => 200,1,Dial(zap/3/your number) // call out with TE port
exten => 200,2,Hangup
for incoming calls, maybe, you should have from-pstn or demo context:
[from-pstn]
exten => s,1,Answer
exten => s,2,dial(zap/2) // incoming call forward to port 2(NT port)
exten => s,3,hangup
Regards,
James.zhu
