HDLC Error

From some time - i've observe HDLC errors, on B400P
This card was working good - for 4-5 months, config and cables wasn't changed a bit, so what should i look for ?
I observe on those cards - that it has random dissconnecs when it's receiving faxes (like 5 faxes a day).
