B200P, misdnportinfo: Found no card.

13 years 1 month ago #6765 by mik3weider
Hello,
I have problem with installing and configuring B200P card with Asterisk. I have done everything in this manual http://wiki.openvox.cn/index.php/OpenVox_B200P_User_Manual_for_mISDN
And when I'm trying misdnportinfo I get this:

Found no card. Please be sure to load card drivers.
mISDN_close: fid(3) isize(131072) inbuf(0x87a8060) irp(0x87a8060) iend(0x87a8060)
And I can't load chan_misdn.so module in Asterisk:

Unable to load module chan_misdn.so Command 'module load chan_misdn.so' failed. [Mar 17 17:25:24] ERROR[3982]: chan_misdn.c:5438 load_module: Unable to initialize mISDN

What can you advise?

Thank you!

Hi,
Does your system can recognise B200P? (see the output with "lspci -vvv")

Did you have any errors when you complie mISDN?

What're your software environments ?

Hey, JoeI didn't have any errors while making mISDN. And all the configuration steps have been well:

mISDN scan
1 mISDN compatible device(s) found:>> BN4S0

mISDN config
Writing /etc/mISDN.conf for 1 mISDN compatible device(s):>> BN4S0/etc/mISDN.conf already present, saving a backup: /etc/mISDN.conf.bak

mISDN start

The list of all other modules is attached as loaded_mods.pdf

Also my dmesg full of one string
wcb4xxp 0000:01:0a.0: new card sync source: port 2

I have seen such problems on other forums but all of them was unanswered. Can you help me?

Sorry, but I can't do that. It is in production.
So far I've corected mISDN script as described in the manual to show correct card (BN2S0 instead of BN4S0). But still can't load chan_misdn.so and misdnportinfo doesn't recognize the card.
