I just check your system, and found in /usr/lib/, miss some file:
/usr/lib/libisdnnet.so
/usr/lib/libmISDN.so
/usr/lib/libsuppserv.so

There are only "lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 19 Feb 22 09:50 /usr/lib/libisdnnet.so.0 -> libisdnnet.so.0.0.0"
If your trixbox is new installed, i suggest you that reinstall trixbox again, and i will configure this card for you.
