Internal and incoming calls not working on any SIP phone when a400e connected

Hi there,

When my a400e is connected, no phones will ring when a call comes in, no matter how it comes in, SIP or via the card.

If I take the card out, everything works as normal.

Why is this?

Check your call rules please , I think it is config issue .If you can confirm the call come in, You just need to check the configure files.

Why would it be a config issue if everything works fine when the card is not plugged into the system?

What can block internal calls?
