A400P-FXO Incoming callerID shows UNKNOWN

Hi,

i've been struggling with this problem for 5 days now. I've tried setting the callerid= and callerid=asreceived in the
chan_dahdi.conf and dahdi_channels.conf but no luck. Can someone help me resolve this issue, i am at the client's office
in another state and cannot get this thing to work.
