CallerID not detected A1200P

Hello, i have problem with detecting CallerID on my elastix system.There is dahdi_monitor files in attachments.
I've tried a lot of things solving this problem:

I checked the file attached, there is no CID signal received, only ring tone, pls confirm that whether your provider send CID or not.

I've added new file to attach "new_rx.zip" I've checked with analog phone that it cotain CallerID, but I still cannot recive CID in Asterisk.

P.S. Can you explain how you analyse data from dahdi_monitor, what software do you use, I want to know how to do it with myself.
