strange issue on A400E

i am currently experiencing a very strange issue with our telephony interface card. we are using a dell poweredge 840 server (found on ebay) using a dell 3000 chipset see

we are using an A400E pots card with 2 FXO modules connected to our telephone provider. now on to the issue we have. our system has been configured to send all incoming calls to an internal extension (1000). this part works as all incoming calls make extension 1000 ring on our end. however calls are dropped on call pickup 1 out of every 5 calls, this has caused no end of grief for our secretary whom feels that people think she is hanging up on them. as to why the system does this i have no idea. i have made several attempts at resolving the issue over the past few weeks and to date i can not resolve the issue.

i do not have access to the system at this moment but i will post the relevant information tomorrow once i get to work. in the mean time is it possible to find out if there is a compatibility issue with the openvox a400e and the system we are using. i will also make provisions for ssh access to the system should the need arise.

we are currently using elastix 2.4.0 on the system. more info to follow

system is a production system, test system did not show any problems.

Pls prepare remote access for checking the system.
