A400P with 2 FXO call out works on both but call in on only one.

Trixbox2.8.0.4 with Openvox G400P and A400P

The A400P. CH1 is FXO v1.2 andCH2 is FXO v1.3 recently purchased from Openvox. I can call out on both but when I call in on theCH1 (v1.2) the caller phone rings once and then quiet. The phones in the ringgroup keep ringing. If i pickup no tone then a dial tone... here is the log

Also the error on boot: Power alarm on Module 4, Resetting! CH3 and 4 are FXS cards. when I tested they actually worked but I get the error on boot. Should I remove the card in CH4 / Module 3?
