V100Box- Transcoding AMR-WB to G711?

I am interested to know if it is possible with a V100Box to transcode audio from AMR-WB to G711?

It is not so clear on the documentation or in the website if the V100 Box is capable to do it (I know that AMR-WB require some licensing fees):
- On the website, it is listed as a supported codec
- On the documentation http://downloads.openvox.cn/pub/manuals/V2.2/English/V100-ETH_and_V100-BOX_User_Manual.pdf , page 20 the codec AMR-WB is not on the transcoding table.
