iCallDroid - dialing out calls does not call correct #

Hello,
I have OpenVox iCallDroid. I am attempting to dial out but it does not dial the correct number apparently because I get "You must first dial a 1 when dialing this number". I then do and I get error that the call failed.

I am using default Calling Rules. Any idea?
