Here about 6 months proceed our problems with the server and cards E1 and GSM. E1 works with failures. Now the channel E1 doesn't work. All request to support team of Openvox did not resolve our problem . The last information about it: we have got IRQ conflict between cards ( support told us) . Now nobody from a support service can't resolve our problem. What we do???
Our work stands idle, for non-working Call Center we incur finansial losses.
We are looking for the competent expert in your company which can help to solve the given problem. Can somebody connect to our server and to help to solve the given problem?
Now E1 Line is BusyCLI* [Jan 30 14:24:07] WARNING[3371]: chan_dahdi.c:4169 pri_find_dchan: No D-channels available! Using Primary channel 32 as D-channel anyway!
1)As you can see, card opvxd115 and opvxg4xx sharring same IRQ
On Our server we have 4 pci slots, all of them are busy, so we not able to change card positions.
Please find out solution for this problem.
2) Please prepare manual with instruction ( configuration file etc.) for installing one de115p, two G400P, one AE1610P (4FXO/4FXS) on one server (cent os 5.5 + Elastix)
Actually, dual-core processor is not able to simultaneously handle so many channels.
Regarding to the IRQ share, could you disable some non-use devices/interfaces in your BIOS so that it spares some IRQs to these cards?
Moreover, E1 doesn't work problem, can you make the `pri show spans` UP on the console?
In my opinion, plugging all four cards into a dual-core machine in a meanwhile is not a good idea, I personally suggest you select another more powerful PC rather than this one.
Additionally, manuals are not special no matter how many cards on Elastix system, I am happy to help you if you are available.
