G400P and B400P IRQ conflict

Hello,
I am having 2 cards installed at the same server:
02:00.0 Unassigned class [ff00]: OpenVox Communication Co. Ltd. Device 0100 (rev 01)
        Subsystem: OpenVox Communication Co. Ltd. Device 0104
        Control: I/O+ Mem+ BusMaster- SpecCycle- MemWINV- VGASnoop- ParErr- Stepping- SERR+ FastB2B- DisINTx-

As you see, these cards are sharing the same IRQ. When I making a call and receiving an another call over a second card Asterisk is crashing.
I see the following in the /var/messages:

How can I resolve a problem? I tried changing the cards in different slots - same IRQ.

Hello,

Can you confirm if just use one of them working normal? It looks like G400 issue , Can you prepare teamviewer to us and add my skype ID "upper.hua" .
