How to install G400E on CentOS 6.5

It seems the instructions are outdated on the Wiki.
The first step is to update your kernel because the kernel-devel package you download is incompatible with the one from the installation CD. Then install the dependencies for the install.
yum upgrade
yum update
yum -y install bison bison-devel ncurses gtk2-devel ncurses-devel zlib zlib-devel  openssl  openssl-devel  gnutls-devel  gcc  gcc-c++  libxml2 wget libxml2-devel kernel-devel patch sqlite sqlite-devel libuuid-devel
cd /usr/src
wget http://www.chan-extra.org/download/releases/chan_extra-2.0.7.tar.gz //or whichever is newest in that directory
tar -xvf chan_extra-2.0.7.tar.gz
cd chan_extra-2.0.7

// Go through steps here: http://www.openvox.cn/forum/gsm-wcdma-series/2024-compilation-error-for-chan_extra-2-0-7-with-centos-6-3.html
// I did both files, probably only needed to do one, but wasn't sure which.
/usr/src/chan_extra-2.0.7/src/chan_extra/src/chan_extra.c
/usr/src/asterisk-1.8.32.3/channels/chan_extra.c

./install.sh
I would enable the virtual TTY interface, but so far I haven't figured out how to connect, but I did find you have to reboot before it shows up under /dev.

It should complete without errors. I will update this post as I have the info on how to get all the right things for setting up the server for SMS, but I am also trying out the VS-GW1202 to see which works best.
