Noise instead voice for VS-GGU-E2M0400 GSM Gateway

Hi,

We have VS-GGU-E2M0400 GSM GSM Gateway with four GSM ports , software version 2.3.8.
One SIP account has terrible noise instead of voice, other accounts are OK with the same settings.
Could you please advise what could be causing the issue?
Codecs settings 1) g711-alaw 2) g-729 3) g711-ulaw 4) GSM
