The call hangs

Good Morning,

The problem is as follows:
I have an OpenVox VoxStack VS-GW-1600 to make calls through Lync Server 2013. I configured the SIP trunk route for the device, edited the dial plan in the Lync and created the routing rules.

Then, I do the call test and it comes out without any problem, but when I answer it falls or hangs up immediately.

Hi Sir,

As our discussed, the problem is the codec mismatch. GSM gateway can't support ilbc codec currently.
The file system of GSM gateway is read-only. So, you can't install it by yourself.

We will discuss to add ilbc codec for you. If there is any news, i will inform you ASAP.

Yes sir, the problem is the codec, and I recommend that you please help me by installing the codec to enable Skype for Business calls, because by SSH the root user is disabled.
