originate with selected wav file not working

Good day!
Trying to make call via openvox VS-GW1600 to external mobile number
with asterisk cli
channel originate extra/1/+79********* application Playback /etc/asterisk/sounds/en/isdown.wav
And got call, but after i answer it - call ended in approx. 1 second.

before this make sync2flash and reboot
/memcfg/etc/asterisk/sounds/en# ls
agent-pass.gsm      auth-thankyou.gsm   vm-goodbye.gsm
auth-incorrect.gsm  isdown.wav   vm-msginstruct.wav

Error in logs:
[Oct 25 13:43:20] WARNING[2033] chan_extra.c: Unable to enable echo cancellation on channel 1 (No such device)
[Oct 25 13:43:20] WARNING[3450] file.c: File /etc/asterisk/sounds/en/isdown.wav does not exist in any format
[Oct 25 13:43:20] WARNING[3450] file.c: Unable to open /etc/asterisk/sounds/en/isdown.wav (format 0x8 (alaw)): No such file or directory
[Oct 25 13:43:20] WARNING[3450] app_playback.c: ast_streamfile failed on EXTRA/1-1 for /etc/asterisk/sounds/en/isdown.wav

What i doing wrong?

Hi,

Sorry for delay. Please try this command with Asterisk CLI:

channel originate extra/1/+79********* application Playback /etc/asterisk/sounds/en/isdown

For playback application, the audio file should be no suffix. For example, if the audio file is xxx.wav, it only need xxx.

If it still can't work, please give me remote access for a check.
