custom.sh not found

i am owner of a gsm gateway

i was trying to set a callback function after following your instructions on a pdf i found, it works, but after every reboot thinks stop working. i tried to fix it by adding the custom dialplan in the custom.sh, but after many trial and error, custom.sh seems not to be loading on startup.
before rebooting, my custom.sh on /etc/asterisk/gw/ looks like this:

#!/bin/bash

chmod -R 0777 /etc/asterisk/agi-bin/
echo > /etc/asterisk/extensions_routing.conf
asterisk -rx "core reload"

but nothing is happening. then i manually restarted the system, with:
root@Openvox-Wireless-Gateway:/etc# /etc/start
and i get this error when it comes to custom.sh
