Problem with modules detection

Hello !
I receive VS-GGU-E2M040 today . It has 5 modules . In first start in WEB i saw that one module ( in first slot) is without any information and not detected in Automatic cluster.
I try to set this module to another place . Set up it to slot 3 . There it not works too . Module from slot 3 I set up to slot 1 and it works .
But now I see only 2 modules .
Could You help remotely ?
