Incoming SMS on newly added card

Hello!
I have VS-GWM1600 chassis with 2 VS-GWM400G cards (total 8 GSM ports). It works perfectly (calls, sms, etc). Recently I added 3rd VS-GWM400G card (now i have 12 ports). 3rd card works strange - calls are ok, but no incoming sms. Outgoing (using SMS Sender via webui) smses are ok. I tried to update firmware but it didn't help. But old two cards still work perfectly. I tried to rebuilt cluster automatically - device found two slaves and calls are ok. But modules in 1 and 3 slots (originally installed) are receiving and sending smses, but card recently installed in slot 2 still can't receive SMS. What can I do to fix it?

Sorry for the trouble. Please try to save and apply the configuration of "SMS ---> SMS Settings" page once again.
