Trouble after update fw. (WS-GW 1600 )

Good day, for all!
Today was updated firmware for our openvox gw! By according file "read me" was updated from 2.2.0 to 2.2.2, and after from 2.2.2 to 2.3.0.

But in the new firmware we have trouble with voice! Sometimes, every 10-20 calls - voice from GSM part is like robot. Very metallic voice. Sample you can download here .

For firmware 2.2.0 was not this problem. How can I fix it? Or only downgrade?

Same problem with terrible robot voice on 2 modules of one operator after update.
And one more problem — after update i can't change IMEI of modules!
