CF problem

Hi,
I have a Elastix miniUCS box, It has the following error messages.
end_request: I/O error, dev hdb, sector 15239461

I thinks it is a CF problem , but the box is out of warranty...
Is it possible to fix this with some command such as fsck ?
By the way, CF from other brands are life time warranty, Do you now if Openvox gives that kind of warranty ?

The CF issue has happened with many of the users and I have also once tried to make a module related to this but I also have to face the errors. I have also gone through the Epson error code e-01 when I was working on the printing module.
