About this error,Pls Help

平時通話中都是正常的，但是偶爾出現問題。截取了出問題時候的LOG：

兩邊都是基本一樣的日誌，我也上網找了，
有些說dialplan配置錯誤，但是配置錯誤就不會出現偶爾打不通的情況吧...
請問我該如何解決這個問題/.?
另外[align=center]Everyone is busy/congested at this time (1:0/1/0)裏的(1:0/1/0)請問是什麼意思？[/align]
