[Nov 18 09:29:56] WARNING[3712]: chan_dahdi.c:4169 pri_find_dchan: No D-channels available! Using Primary channel 16 as D-channel anyway!
[Nov 18 09:30:00] WARNING[3712]: chan_dahdi.c:4169 pri_find_dchan: No D-channels available! Using Primary channel 16 as D-channel anyway!

What can be wrong ???

please paste the dahdi_cfg -vvv output.

also try cat /proc/interrupts to see if the card is generating irq, if no, check the card id switch, make sure it is zero.
