你的线路有crc4校验吗？如果你的server在大陆，system.conf里的defaultzone,loadzone的值要改成cn.
chan_dahdi.conf的参数busydetect,busycount用在PRI中应该将它们disable掉。另外你的pridialplan, prilocaldialplan的值是多少？你应该问你的运营商来确认。
