PRI D-Channel span down in the middle of the call

Hi All

Our PRI Circuit is connected to a server and thus i can view the stats of the PRI through Telnet.
Since a long time my PRI status show no D-Channel available ehile the agents are on call and thus calls get disconnected.
Our call centre run on PRI MLLN Modem .

Can anyone provide a suggestion or a solution for this.

How can we prevent calls disconnection in the middle of the call.
