I have a problem with my VS-GW1600. I cannot access web interface on board 1. All the LEDs are on (photo attached). I've tried the reset button but with no success.
Can anyone help?
When you press the RST button about 7 seconds all the LED will blink , it means reset success. After it please use the default IP 172.16.99.1 to access.You also can add my skype upper,hua . I will check it for you .
Thank you for answering. I've tried pushing and holding the RST button for 7 seconds but nothing happens. LEDs don't start blinking. I'ts just like the board is dead...
I have got your message but skype does not allow me to reply you.If RST not working, Try to connect an analog phone to the first port and dial *1*2*3*4 to boradcast the IP address, if still failed please contact our sales for RMA .
