AE2410P EC Module not detected

Kernel: 2.6.32-71.29.1.el6.x86_64
Card: AE2410P
Driver: dahdi-linux-complete-2.4.0+2.4.0

The echo module is not being detected. I would appreciate some help. Here is the dmesg output

Hi!

First, you need to make sure your card is installed on the EC module , EC module is purchased separately.

Second, check the EC module and the board is between the cable is connected properly, or you can re-connect again.

I purchased the ec module with the card. I have already reconnected the data bus cable twice. I also tried this same card on a slackware build with no luck. I also noticed two flashing indicator leds on the card (the led to the right flashes faster than the left). I can't find any documentation that explains what they are for. I really need to get this module working because the pstn echo is effecting dtmf detection.
