hi,

if only voice usage and don't have data communication such as Fax, you don't need to use the timing cabel.

this is not the answer to my question.

if i have 2 cards (D-110P and A400-P) and i want to use the timing cable. i think one card is clock master and the other is clock receiver.

1. what card must be master?
2. what jumpers need to close to be master?
3. what jumpers need to close to be receiver?

Best regards, Werner

PS: my problem is. if i use the cards without timing cable and there is a bridged call from D-110P to A-400P then loudness is very high and no communication is possible. so i think i need the timing cable.

hi,please setup as the following way
D-110P slave clock

JP P7: Closed
Sync Cable: input

A-400P master clock

JP P7: Open
Sync Cable:output

P7:open means it's the master clock. closed means it's the slave clock, you can set any one of the cards as the master clock
