OpenVox A1200P problem

Hello all,

I installed trixbox CE 2.6.2.3 (Stable) along with A1200P. Then ran genzaptelconf -sdvM.

ZAP show channels:

Chan Extension Context Language MOH Interpret
pseudo default en default
5 from-zaptel en default
6 from-zaptel en default
7 from-zaptel en default
8 from-zaptel en default --- my phone line port

I added ZAP trunk, set Inbound and Outbound routes, added ZAP Channel DID for 8 port.
But when I call somebody - I can hear nothing but silence. Incoming call says that number is not in service. But when I set Incoming route for any DID - incoming works.

Any ideas?

Hello,
It seems something wrong with your dialplan. At this scenario, I suggest you create a simple dialplan replace the existing one. Make sure you can make incoming calls and outbound calls. After that try to add other features by yourself.

In the web GUI, you only need set dial Patterns and Trunk Sequence . if you can make incomig call ,but can not make the outcoming call. please double check you dialplan and trunk.

I erased everything and did it the same way and now it works.
