OpenVox development team releases open source (chan_ss7) support for implementing ss7 in China . chan_ss7 is a channel driver that implements SS7 for Asterisk. User can download the patch files(ss7_cn.patch) or modified chan_ss7(cn_chan_ss7.zip) from www.openvox.com.cn.
How to use the patch:
1) Downloading the ss7_cn.path file
2) Copy the patch file in to the original chan_ss7 source directory:
cp ss7_cn.patch /usr/src/chan_ss7
3) Patch the files
patch –p1 < ss7_cn.path
4) If remove the patch
patch –R –p1 < ss7_cn.patch
5) Go to /usr/src/chan_ss7 compile the chan_ss7:
make clean and make install
